Altra Torin 7 is a lightweight distance training shoe for those who want a shoe with Zero-drop. Torin 7 is made with Altra’s EGOMAX foam in the midsole, which is soft and responsive. Like all Altra shoes, they have a 0 mm heel drop and are foot-shaped. This allows you to land further forward on your foot, and you have good space for your toes. In this version of the Torin, the midsole has been elevated to 30mm.  The outsole is made with Altra’s Innerflex system, which provides you with grip and durability, but also good mobility for the foot.

The updates on Torin 7, in addition to the extra millimeters of EGO MAX foam, are that the tongue has been made more comfortable than before. Furthermore, Altra has tried to make the heel cap more rounded so there is better space for the heel.
