The ASICS GEL-Cumulus 23 is a neutral everyday trainer, inspired by cumulus clouds. With this shoe you get a lightweight and soft running shoe, designed for your anatomy in movement.
The upper of the shoe and midsole of this edition of the Cumulus has been improved, so your foot will be hugged by an even softer material to add support in strategically important areas. At the same time, the upper complements the midsole for a better rolling action of the foot for landing and toe-off.

Upper

The upper of the shoe is made from a more breathable material, compared to previous editions, which will give your feet more ventilation for when you are running, and will keep your feet dry and comfortable.
Also, the upper is now made softer and has greater support in strategically important areas to give you a better and more secure hold around your foot.

Midsole

To improve the flexibility and shock-absorption, ASICS has added a 3D Space construction in the upper layer of the midsole which is specifically designed according to the different gender specific biomechanical data of men and women.
At the same time, the softer GEL technology, which is located beneath the heal of the shoe, improves the shock-absorption while the FLYTEFOAM material ensures a more supporting and smooth run.

Outsole

The outsole of the shoe is made with ASICS’ LITE rubber, which is made from sustainable materials. This ensures a great grip on various firm surfaces to enhance the durability of the areas of the outsole that are likely to be most exposed by wear-and-tear.
