Asics GT-2000 12 Gore-Tex, as the name suggests, is the 12th version of the shoe, but this time significant changes have been made to the shoe’s expression. The GT-2000 12 is still a stability shoe, but with a new 3D Guidance System™ to provide this stability. It is a more adaptive support that adjusts to your running style.  The platform of the shoe is also wider, again to create stability. The midsole has also been upgraded, in this version the FF Blast+ material and PureGEL™ in the heel have been used. The GT-2000 12 has an 8mm heel drop. The upper of this version is made with a Gore-Tex membrane, which is waterproof.
