Asics Novablast 4 is the fourth edition of the immensely popular running shoe. Novablast has impressed with its great versatility since its first release, and this is something Novablast 4 stays true to 100%. Novablast 4 has some minor updates compared to edition number 3. The upper has been changed to a knitted, sock-like fit, which they have also used in Nimbus 25. The midsole now consists of FF Blast+ ECO, made from 20% recycled bio-based content. The outsole is made with AHAR® rubber, providing sufficient grip for running on roads in most weather conditions. Novablast 4 still offers the trampoline-inspired effect that most of us have loved in the previous versions.
