Upper

The upper of the Wave Sky 3 is made from a lightweight material to keep your feet dry and comfortable throughout your work-out.
Also, the shoe tongue is made from an elasticated material to ensure a tight fit around your feet for a more secure running experience.

Midsole

The midsole is made with Mizuno’s new ENERZY CORE material for a soft landing and, at the same time, more return of energy.
Underneath the heel and forefoot the material is now thicker, which softens the shock in the landing stage.
At the same time, the wavy design ensures greater stability and a better rolling action of the foot from landing to the toe-off for a more gliding transition.

Outsole

The outsole of the Wave Sky 3 is made from blown rubber which delivers both a good grip with the surface and greater durability.
The forefoot is designed with flex grooves for a more natural movement of the foot while the sole is made wider for a more stable run.
