On Cloudswift 3 is a neutral training shoe from the brand On. Cloudswift 3 has received a number of updates from its predecessor, the midsole is now made with CloudTec® technology, utilizing their Helion™ foam. Cloudswift 3 still has Speedboard® integrated into the midsole, but it is now positioned more in the middle of the midsole, instead of at the top like the previous model. This Speedboard® helps to create a little more propulsion and energy return during running. The shoe has a 8mm drop.
