The Mizuno Wave Duel Pro is an innovative racer. Thanks to a characteristic midsole produced in the incredibly bouncy and light Enerzy Lite, the Wave Duel Pro provides a shoe which pushes you to the top of your feet with plenty of propulsion. The upper is simple, light and designed in a thin fabric with high breathability. The midsole is engineered with an aggressive rocker geometry which Mizuno has named Smooth Speed Assist technology. To create max. energy return as well as a bit of stability, there is also a carbon plate integrated in the midsole.
