Asics Kayano 31 is the successor to the extremely popular Kayano 30, which underwent a major update from its predecessor, Kayano 29. In this 31st version, they have kept the aspects that worked, but updated the shoe with some minor changes. The shoe still features a 10mm heel drop, and is made with the well-functioning FF Blast+ ECO midsole material, and of course, PureGEL. The shoe has an improved ventilating upper, which you will benefit from on the days when you need a few extra minutes in the shoes. Asics Kayano 31 gains its stability from its 4D Guidance System™, providing more adaptive and dynamic stability.
