Measure the circumference at the ankle’s widest point to find the right size:

WOMEN’S:

• Circumference: 18-20cm = Size. III
• Circumference: 20.5-23cm = Size. IV
• Circumference: 23.5-26cm = Size. V

MEN’S:

• Circumference: 20.5-23cm = Size. III
• Circumference: 23.5-26cm = Size. IV
• Circumference: 26.5-29cm = Size. V

If you don’t fit any of the sizes for women, it may be necessary to pick from men’s sizes.
