The Shock Absorber Women´s Ultimate Run Bra is designed with an unusual adjustability in the back and the hook closure at the top is the secret behind the extreme support of this bra as it prevents the straps from sitting on top of or being too close to your shoulder blades, and the bra therefore doesn´t twist during your runs. The straps are padded so they don´t create any discomfort when you sweat. A great sports bra must have a tight fit and this bra therefore feels different when you put it on. But don´t despair – Once you have tried it, you won´t regret it. 

Like other sports bras from Shock Absorber, this bra might feel very tight the first time you put it on. But it adjusts gradually and after a couple of runs it should make you feel comfortable as you feel the support which the Shock Absorber bras provide. Try it, you won´t regret it.

BEFORE USE

Make sure the straps are as long as possible as the bra is more supportive the further down it sits. At the same time you should use the outer hook closures and you shouldn´t tighten it further until you have used it many times. It can work to your advantage if you tighten the top hook closure before you put it on, so it doens´t cause too many problems in the beginning. 

Size guide for Shock Absorber Ultimate Run Bra

The circumference of this bra is VERY tight which makes most people go up a size in this model compared to the bra-size they normally wear. At the same time the cup size is also fairly small and therefore we recommend to go up one size if you are in between the two sizes. Be aware that this bra is primarily designed for well-trained runners looking for a bra with a seamless inner cup, racerback and a tight design. If you have a large bosom or is slightly above weight, you might benefit from one of Shock Absorbers other bras with max. support. If you have a large bosom, we recommend that you choose the Active Multisports Support Bra instead of the Ultimate Run Bra from Shock Absorber.
You should use the Shock Absorber measurement chart to find the right size. I.e. if you measure 76 cm below your chest, you should go for a size 80, and if you meaure 97 cm around your chest, you should choose a D-cup. In short, always go for the larger size if you are in between two sizes.
