Make sure all the straps are as long as possible, as the bra is more supportive the lower it sits. Also, fasten the hook closures on the outermost, and only after you have used it many times should you start to fasten it tighter. It may be advantageous for you to fasten the top hook closure before putting it on the first few times, so it does not cause you too many problems from the start.

The circumference of this bra is VERY tight, which means that most people go up a size in this model compared to the size they normally wear in bra circumference.
At the same time, the cup size is also on the smaller side, and therefore we recommend you go up a size if you are between sizes.

Use Shock Absorber’s sizing chart to find the right size. For example, if you measure 76 cm under the bust, then take a size 80, and if you measure 97 cm around the bust, then take a D-cup. In short, always round up if you are between sizes.
